My name is Holly Ward-Jensen and I am a 6th grade World Cultures teacher and a huge fan of the SCA though I have not attended meetings since my teens. I am planning on organizing a Medieval Day for my students next month and was wondering if anyone from Glaslyn might be willing to come to our school and give  demonstrations or talks. In the past we have had weapon smiths, illuminators and even 2 gentlemen who did a little sword fighting - VERY EXCITING. We will be making banners, building trebuchets and playing games. Any help your organization could give us would be greatly appreciated. The big day is tentatively scheduled for November 16th but we could be flexible.
