[Glaslyn] Populace and Glaslyn's Defender of the Flame Event

Greetings Glaslyners,

 

First, I'd like to thank everyone ahead of time for volunteering their time and other ways that they have provided help to get our event running smoothly.  I especially would like to thank Micola and Ian for bringing by the reflective tape last week so we can get those directional signs completed in a timely manner.

 

I wanted to remind everyone that we still need more largess.  Please bring what you want to donate to the prize baskets at populace meeting Wednesday night.  Colleen, please don't forget the basket you volunteered to donate Wednesday also.

 

Micola, I believe you volunteered to get the dowels for the banners.  I will also need these on Wednesday night.  I have the Steppes banner completed and the Ansteorra banner is complete.  I was not able to start the Gate banner (sorry).  We'll just have to use one of our older Glaslyn banners for Gate.

 

I am still working on the directional signs.

 

Cyrilla, how are the scolls coming?  Let us know if you need any help with those.

 

Glaslyners, I pray this event will be fun for all.  I'm looking forward to getting all these projects completed so we can just sit back and let the event pretty much run itself.
