It's over by my work.  Can't remember the street, I'm thinking Turbeville.  Google search Sycamore Bend Park on Lake lewisville and take the swisher road exit toward the park and you will see it.  Funny thing about the house is that it has underground access to most the houses around it which are all one "privately owned" complex.

If you know it or can tell me what street it's on or something, that'd be awesome!  It's for a motorcycle game I play, it's not cheating to get help. The game is about riding, not the hunting of locations.  LOL
