[Glaslyn] announcement of candidacy

Greetings to the populace of the Barony of the Steppes and her cantons
Lindenwood and Glaslyn.

We were saddened last week when the announcement was made by Baroness
Katheryn of her decision to retire her position. After much
consideration and consultation, we have decided to announce our intent
to submit ourselves as candidates to succeed Her Excellency Katheryn
when she steps down as Baroness of the Steppes next May. We are in the
process of composing our formal letter of intent to Their Majesties, and
will share that letter with the populace once it has been received by
their hands.
