[Glaslyn] New Steppes Seneschal

[Central Seneschal]

Greetings to the populace of the Steppes and her Canton of Glaslyn!

Lady Susanne Nightegale de Caldwell's term of office as the Seneschal of the
Barony of the Steppes has come to an end, and her successor has been chosen.
Many, many thanks to Lady Susanne for her efforts over the past couple of
years - the Barony benefited immensely from your service!

I am pleased to announce that Lady Katerina O'Cyry will be stepping up to
serve the Barony as its new Seneschal, effective immediately.  She and
Susanne will work together to transition the office smoothly.  Please extend
your warm welcome and support to Lady Katerina as your new Seneschal.
