   Another wonderful monday.    Let's shake the trees and rattle the bushes. We are having a great turnout of new blood.   The plan is to look at foot work. 

Lots of old hands should be out, so there will be plenty of people to mix it up with.    Hope to do some 3x3 fast and furious , for a few minutes. Then doing lots and lots of paired fights ( 1 vrs 1). 

Its going to be warm so please please please be hydra ted and stay hysdrated and pace yourselves tonight.  

We also need to have a quick chat on armoring sessions.

Also this wed at the bedford practice 1930 hours. We will be playing sheep ball.   :-). We need a name for the glaslynn team.    Suggestions.
