It has come to my attention that the PDF link was still pointing to
February's letter. Here is the correct link. I also made a couple of edits,
so any archives should host this new version and not the first one I sent a
couple of days ago. Sorry for the inconvenience. I thought I finally had
all the kinks ironed out.
