<P>In case you were not able to attend the business meeting, here are my notes:</P>
<P>Open for bids: Rapier Marshal (those interested in applying should do so very soon), Archery Marshal, A&S Minister, deputy for Seneschal.</P>
<P>Suggestions for a new location of meetings and dance are still being accepted. So far it has been accepted that for business and populace we will be meeting at a restaurant similar to Steppes. But that still leaves a place for dance. We only have two months left until our contract ends. So I encourage everyone to try all possible leads to make sure our dancers to find a wonderful and convenient place to meet.</P>
<P>"Glaslyn's" Yule Revel's date has been set for December 27th. If you have any suggestions or would like to hosts this wonderful gathering, please contact me.</P>
<P>Steppe's 12th Night has a contest for the best decorated table, and this year we will be competing, by this I mean we will be going all out. We have two months to get everything perfect, and I have already heard the wheels of creativity churning. If you have any ideas, let me know.</P>
<P>Speaking of Steppe's 12th night, it has been voted with the last years success, I will be contacting the autocrat and Their Excellencies for their permission to once again have our bake sale and silent auction. I will send out word as soon as I recieve it. </P>
