LAST MINUTE DETAILS FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS FOR THE CELTIC HERITAGE FESTIVAL
 Thanks to all of you who have decided to represent the SCA at the CHF.  We will all have a lot of fun and meet a lot of wonderful people.
   The demonstrators parking lot is only for those who are unloading their things for the demo.  Then you will have to move to the regular parking lot.  There is a check-in gate where your name will be on file.  There you will get a special arm band that will let you go in and out as needed.
   We will be setting up about 9:00a.m. Saturday morning for those that can help.  The demo starts when the gates open at NOON.  We will shut it down about SIX so we can all enjoy the evening's music and other festivities.  Enjoy yourselves, there will be plenty of time during the day for that also.
   SUNDAY things open up at NOON and close at SIX.  Then those that can help would be appreciated at tear down.  It won't take long to do and I am sure I will be very tired after being there from start 'till finish.
