 Dear  Editor,      My name is Frederick Weiss, in the club I'm known as Baron Master Maginfred B. Uhtric.  I live  in Quinlan, east of Dallas, about 2000 yrds from where Fall Court was held.  On November 25th (Saturday), I'm going to be teaching an all day class on making cheddar cheese.  The class will start at 9:00A.M. and we'll be lucky if we finish by 7:00 P.M..  I've a small kitchen so the class must be limited to the first five who contact me at my e-mail address.  I have to have the students make their own basic presses (I provide the plans), before comming to class.  There is NO CHARGE and people can contact me to get the list of what they need to bring.  Being relatively new to the area I don't know where to post this notice to get the widest  circulation.  If you can provide me with the web addresses or post a copy of this where it needs to go I would be grateful.
