HNW - heels

[SUSAN PALMER]

Okay, I need help.  I started to knit a pair of stockings for an A&S 
competition, this Saturday and I need help with turning the heels.  
Does anyone know a quick and easy way to do this?  I picked up a book 
and the directions are really confusing.  thanks
