HNW - Frames for award medallions

Do they have "Fabric Warehouse" or "Hancock Fabrics" where you
are?  They have the perfect size (about 1" across), circular,
silver and gold picture frames.  

I've done a couple of medallions with these and they come out 
great.  They run about $1 to about $1.50 each.
