HNW - Peter Quentel?

Anne:

To my knowledge there is none. I have a facsimile set of German plates from
1860ish. I am missing about 6 of the set so really can't bring out a copy
of the entire book. I've been teaching from them and will have two of the
pages on the open market next January. Right now they are exclusive to the
festivals where I am teaching them.

Good luck in your search.
