You Know You've Been Doing Historical Needlework Too Long When:

I was on a website for filet crochet (I think it was the one called 
BarbWire). One of their patterns look awfullllyyy familiar. Hmm, I thought,
isn't that Vinciolo? Yup-- it was! The designer left off the
border,otherwise it was a direct steal of a pattern with stylized
carnations. (No, I'm not going to rattle her by emailing.)
