    just getting caught up on email, and am generally a "lurker" on this list 
... However ... I highly recommend some short, recreational reading.  Get a 
copy of the children's classic by Beatrix Potter, THE TAILOR OF GLOUSTER.  
Thereafter, everytime you think of sewing buttonholes, you will remember that 
little note -- "No more twist!"
    Don't worry about being too old to enjoy the story.  "It's never too late 
for a happy childhood."
