Q-Snaps are lightweight frames mades from plastic pipes. They are the
cylindrical,
hollow pipes, with a pieces of pipe that goes about 1/3 the way around the
pipe to
hold the fabric on to them. They come in sizes from about 10" square &
rectangles
and larger,
though at a needlework convention, I saw some vendors who had cut down one to
about 6" square. I've only thought of them for stitching, but the website has
a photo of the maker using them for quilting.
