[HNW] OT; Recipes

My family has a recipe from WWII that is a tradition at Xmas.  It uses
very little sugar and shortening.  In fact, the main ingredients are
Grape-nuts and buttermilk.  Tastes great with butter and honey or p-nut
butter or even plain.  Do you want the recipe?
