IIRC, Threadneedlestreet sells all different kinds of Appleton wool.
(www.threadneedlestreet.com) And I *think* that Lacemaker sells the
Bockens (www.lacemakerusa.com).  Dunno about the linen twill, though.  I
get tabby-weave linen from Fabrics-Store.com (www.fabrics-store.com).
