Whenever you get a message about a potential virus, just go to the Urban Legends site and do a quick check before sending it out.

The site is http://www.snopes.com

You type in a couple distinctive keywords relating to the alleged virus and you'll get info as to whether or not it is valid.

In this case, if you type in "Jdbgmgr.exe" you would have found the info quickly.  It's a great site and saves a lot of unnecessary e-mails and definitely invalid information.
