No, no ISBN.  The FULL title is:  Victoria and Albert Museum:  An Exhibition 
of Works of Art Belonging to the Livery Companies of the City of London. 
London:  Published under the authority of the Board of Education:  MCMXXVII. 
Publication No. 177, first printed 1926, revised and illustrated edition 

 Most of the stuff in it is dated 1500-1700;  there are a couple of later 
things and a few things from the late 15th century (the crowns are 
1560-1600).  Yeah, a nice book with things that you don't see in the 
standard references.
