If the original Italian text is available and either online or can be  
emailed as a .pdf, someone might take up the challenge.
There are a number of people with the ability to translate Renaissance  
(published) Italian. The trick is finding someone with the
time.

Otherwise I would say, publish whatever you can and feel comfortable  
with.
