Uhh ... gee, guess I should think about doing a linkspage about this subject, 
too. :-)  Guess I'll start drafting it up ... when it gets loaded on the site,

By the way, there's another casket at

which is interesting because it was actually made in 1940, but is clearly a 
re-creation of the 17th century styles of caskets.
