Ott light has some LED options available now.  One is a clip on/flip up.  Save your Jo Ann's coupon and check out what is on hand.  Mine has been very handy.
 
Last weekend someone showed me some Foster Grant reading glasses that had little lights on each side of the frame.  They said the found them at Walgreens.  haven't made it there yet to check them out but it's on my short list :).
