[Hellsgate] Message size

Good evening y'all,

When sending messages to the list, please make sure to trim any
unnecessary stuff off.  The server holds any message over 40k in size,
and one of the mods has to go in and manually approve it.

So, if you have fancy graphics or pictures, consider trimming them off
for this list.  They're fun to look at, but can hang up your messages
in the queue.
