[Hellsgate] Demo event

How much we have to spend will depend on site cost and if we are doing a
feast. If we are not doing a feast and there is not much of a site cost,
then the budget for this event will not be very big. Most of the things we
will need, individuals will have and bring to provide atmosphere. I'd like
to see a proposed budget for that event before we start talking about light
gear, but I would expect that there will be enough money or donations to get
the equipment we need and still do the demo event.
