[Hellsgate] Light Gear

I don't think we'll spend that much.  If we can get more interest in
rapier, we can justify it, although to have more interest, we'd need
more gear...it's a cranky cycle.

Perhaps we can talk to BG about a long-term loan of a blade.  Ioannes
is willing to loan his gear when he's not fencing, so that's a start.

The rapier Brandubh found is about $100, so that's certainly an idea.

I'm not sure exactly how much we have in the bank, but remind me and
we'll talk about it in December.  We have a great rapier resource in
BG, so let me talk to them.
