[Hellsgate] Butt-Shakin' Day

I had a blast also! What will be fun is if we can move Thursday night at the 
park. I will bring my belt, the music and my moves. 

What is Butt-Shaking day you ask??? A few of us got together last night and 
worked out to a belly dance video. We had a great time and are going to continue 
meeting and practicing. We are going to practice on Thursday to bring a 
different element to the social gathering. Everyone is free to join us as me 
make fools of ourselves. If you are looking for a good exercise this was great 
and intense but fun and funny.

I know I must have looked like an elephant having a seizure ... but I totally 
had fun shakin' my butt with the Hellsgate ladies! I am sore though ... I used
