Brewers & Vintners Guild


We are a group interested in gathering skills and knowledge about
fermentation: mead, beer, and wine making.  We gather in the name of
fermentation and wish to learn how these things were achieved in earlier
times as well as making a very fine drink.  I am willing to facilitate this
group but do not hold expertise in the area.  If you have expertise in this
field and are willing to teach or lead a portion of the group please let me
know.
                        No experience required to attend.

                        Date and time:  2 & 4 Thursday of the month  7- 9 pm
