[Hellsgate] The 4th of July Demo

Good morning all. 
We are heading into the 4th of July like a speeding train now. There are a few things I need to cover.
1. Food and Drinks.
BBQ brisket 70lbs. - Kat and Barney
Tea and Lemonade. - Mel and Timur
Hamburger buns
Pickles and onions
Bbq sauce 
Side dishes
Sweets (cookies, cup cakes, etc...)
Paper plates 
Forks
Napkin 
2. If you are planning to be in the parade. I need to know. I will have line up site this week. I will also have times for when you need to line up, where to park and all road closesures and times on those. 
3. If you are setting up an A&S display at the demo. I need to know what it is how big it is.
4. If you are demoing or teaching a class. I need to know what and when you want to be put on the schedule.
5. We need FIGHTERS. Heavies and Lights. Need to know a number so we can plan for proper fighter support. Schedule for fighters is heavies on the hour lights on the half hour.
6. BARDS. We need you too. Please come and help entertain the masses. If you have something you want put on the schedule. Let me know.
7. FUNDRAISING. If your group wants to do a fundraiser. You guessed let me know.
8. I know I have forgotten something. If you remember let me know and I will add that to my ever growing list.

Again. Belton 4th of July parade and demo. Parade starts at 10 am, Demo and festival from 11 to 4 if you can make it please do so. We plan on having a lot of fun and we hope everyone will join us in showing up to 30,000 people how wonderful the SCA truly is

Helene and I will be at practice this coming weekend.  Not sure if we'll
have the kids in tow or not, though.  I challange all who are heavy fighters
or who have an interest in heavy fighting to be there (I don't expect you to
fight if you're injured though).
