[Hellsgate] Steppes Warlord

For those who will be attending Steppes Warlord, the Bryn Gwlad pavilion will be set up near the list field to provide shade and some relief from the heat this weekend.  Lord Thomas and Lady Sharon of Conway will be transporting the pavilion to Steppes, and we ask that those who arrive Friday night please assist Lady Magdalena in setting it up.  We will not be arriving until Saturday at about noon so we just request we have space for our chairs once we get to site.  The pavilion will be left up until Sunday after the rapier fighting.
