[Hellsgate] Emerald Keep

Perhaps setting up a Regional Fighter Practice every so often.. Like once 
every 3 or 4 months. And rotate the hosting group.. so Hellsgate one month 
then BG another, Emerald another.. and so on.. I know Coenred has gone down 
to San Antonio area a couple times for a Regional War practice with BG war 
company.. why not do the same for a regular fighter practice.
