[Hellsgate] Land Court at Yule

Greetings! For those who are new to both Bryn Gwlad and Hellsgate or were
unable to attend last year's Yule - you may be asking "What is this Land
Court thing?".

Land Court is a long time tradition in the Barony (and a fun one too) where
as you gain awards in the SCA, these translate into the amount of acreage
you can petition from their Excellencies of Bryn Gwlad to hold in fief to
them (and their Stellar Majesties) either in and around Bryn Gwlad or in
and around Hellsgate.  There will be maps of both the lands available for
each group and maps the Baronial Seat and the Town of Hellsgate that you
can petition to have assigned to you.
As you grow, mature and gain recognition in the SCA (i.e. more awards),
each award type is allotted a certain amount of acreage.  This allows you
to hold and maintain more land (and pay more taxes).  Ah, yes, the taxes.
The "taxes" are a fun way to get contributions to various charities. In
years past it has ranged from food pantries to toy drives.
Listed below is the current "land price sheet" denoting how much acreage
each SCA award will grant you.

 Must be 16 or over of if an AoA has been received before 16th birthday –
