[Hellsgate] dance at social

Tonights social is our normal garb night.  As Lord Erik mentioned though, we 
will not turn anyone away if they do not have garb tonight.  We have a 
number of new people who hopefully will be there tonight, and they as of yet 
do not have garb.  So come on out and spemd some time with us and enjoy 
yourself.
