[Hellsgate] Name and $

M'Lord Stephen,

I need to speak to you about the submissions.  Nothing crazy, just need to
clear up some stuff based on what I can find.

As already stated, submissions are $8 each and have to be paid to the
Exchequer who will then give you a receipt and I can begin processing.  From
time of submission to time of registration with the College of Arms is 9-11
months.  I will be happy to answer any other questions at social tonight.

pay now, if so, how much, and will Adrian be at social to collect. Also, how
