[Hellsgate] Commander's Crucible

That is possible. Maybe look at a different date in 2014. If we want
either of the sites I am looking at right now, we will need to act VERY
quickly as they will likely book in the next week or so (unless Lady Luck
really shines on us).

Looking at the calendar for this year, Seawinds Defender is the last weekend
of October and if they put in for the same weekend again, we wouldn't be
able to get a date against them. However the second weekend in October is a
Northern Region event and there are no events scheduled that we couldn't get
a date against. I would recommend the second weekend if we move to October.

Looking at the June calendar, currently there are no events the last two
weekends in June for us to go against and if we got one of those weekends,
we could push the event as the last chivalric tourney before Crown. That
might help increase the attendance for folks that are working up to Crown
Tourney.
