Greetings to Hellsgate,
I have seen all the excellent ideas about geek fest. I am thrilled that everyone is coming together productively on this matter. Thank you all for your input. Lord Eric and Master Timur could we sit down at social tomorrow and have am open planning session with the populace. That way we know what exactly we can do within society and kingdom laws? The handbook I have received has all the rules and requirements for demos such as this and there are things that must get approved at the kingdom level (media, handouts, etc) as well.
Thank you.
YIS,
Havarr Ericsson
