My "hobby" it seems has become an obsession i now have 3 - 1 gallon carboys and 5 - 5 gallon buckets. I have Five gallons of chocolate mead aging, five gallons of summer ale bubbling, and the supplies to do a five gallon chocolate stout, five gallon mead, and dare I say a non existent recipe for what I plan to call "Choclahol" (think of it as an adulterated dark hot chocolate)
