Greetings to Hellsgate,

Here is a small list of useful websites that many of you may find interesting...

Effigies and Brasses
http://effigiesandbrasses.com/
A collection of hundreds of effigies from the Middle Ages. Searchable by year, country, and gender. Good for clothing and armor ideas.

Manuscript Miniatures
http://manuscriptminiatures.com/
A sister site of hundreds of images from illuminated books.Searchable by year, country, and gender. Good for clothing and armor ideas.

Armour Archive
http://armourarchive.org/
A discussion forum for armorers of all kinds. Many extremely talented people there to ask questions and opinions of. How-to, tools, a section on specific persona armor questions, a 'classified' section to purchase armor. Great place to check to determine if that armorer that you find online is legitimate or whether you'll lose your money.

Karen Larsdatter
http://larsdatter.com/sitemap.htm
An image site with topics as diverse as agriculture, textiles, trades, furniture. Great for getting ideas to spruce up your campsite or entries for next A&S project.

Ansteorran Laurels
http://laurel.ansteorra.org/ALWLaurels.htm
A list of questionable characters and ne'er-do-wells. ;) An alphabetical list of Laurel names along with their areas of expertise. Not all of them are still active, but those that are are usually more than willing to answer questions about their interests.
http://laurel.ansteorra.org/
This section has info on writing documentation, A&S display, and such.

OK, what websites have you discovered that you would like to share?!

Grace and Peace,

Jovian
