I first need official respinse and authority to have such meeting, as well as any official instruction or restrictions imposed, before i would be able to make an offical answer. i know the Steppes group requires it be a legal adult of 18 to attend.

Unofficialy I would say that i would accept under 18 in presence of parent or guardian with the proviso no tatseing / consumption under 21 without parent or guardian presence.
