[Hellsgate] Lady Alexandra

Update on Lady Alexandra,
Most of the swelling has gone down. Happily she never developed a fever, but 
she did have one of the temporary caps come off yesterday afternoon. 
Thankfully there is a on call Dentist at VA, who knew, so that problem was 
taken care of.  She is going to attempt some solid food, hopefully that will 
go well. If not it's back to pudding and sauce for another day or so.
