[Hellsgate] Pavillion at Carl Levins

Ok, my opinion is that probably few reservations will happen on a Thursday.
Rentals for the pavillion would probably occur mostly on Fridays and
weekends. The sun is still going down around 730 - 8 pm the lights under
there are still a advantage for us. The site by the stage will be good once
the sun goes down a bit later, of course then we have to haul out own chairs
etc.
I think we should just try to stick it out as we've been doing for another
month at least.
If we want to do a food with the social once a quarter say, then we could
always reserve the pavillion for us. But is is not worth hassling with to
rent every week. We've been doing fine so far so just stay with whats been
working for us.

I called today to get the information on the pavillion we use at the park.
They rent it in 4 hour intervals - if a Harker Heights resident reserves it
the cost is $15 if we want electric is another $15 a non resident will cost
$40 and for electric $25.

So our Thursday social can be held under the pavillion as long as no one has
reserved it and we have to be ready to move if someone comes along who has
reserved it. We will not know if it is rented until someone walks up and
says they have it rented.

Or do we want to go back to where we first started meeting? It is on the
other side closer to the bathrooms and closer to parking for people with
armor. With spring and pretty weather here the pavillion will get rented and
I would hate to have us all get settled in and then have to move us and all
our junk.

Oh and did I mention we don't have the money to rent it every Thursday.

Opinions!!!

Mel
