[Hellsgate] Sable Swap invitation

I am forwarding info on Sable Swap to the Stronghold. All artisans
can participate. A great opportunity to share talents and skills with other
artisans across the kingdom!

I'd like to invite you and the artisans of your group to participate in the
second round of the Sable Swap. The Ansteorran Sable Swap is a 'Secret
Santa' type of artisan exchange. All artisans of any level are welcome to
participate. Artisans wishing to participate should send an email stating
to this email address. [ sable.swap at gmail.com ]

Then, they will be provided (via email) a link to a brief, 10-question
survey with basic questions about their persona and their favorite SCA
related activities. The participants will then be matched up,
semi-randomly, with other artisans.

An attempt will be made to ensure that the artisans will be sharing their
talents with someone who doesn't live in the same
Barony/Province/Shire/Canton and in most cases not with the same region.
Remember that the pieces created are not necessarily for competition. There
is no judging form. There are no judges. There is no "Best in Show". It is
not the intent that these projects be showcased in an A&S competition
(although there is no rules saying they can't be). These projects are made
to be shared with other artisans, as gifts of love of our Crafts. Attached
is a brochure with official dates and rules/guidelines of the swap.

Currently, there are 46 people from all across the Kingdom already
registered to participate in the swap.
Please let us know if you have any questions at all. We'd love to have your
group represented in this swap.

Last day for Extensions —01/15/2013
Projects due by —02/15/2013
Projects should be delivered to the recipient by the Friday after Kingdom
A&S.
