Speaking of stepping up and pitching in, I will need a couple of volunteers to help me keep the feast flowing! We will be running back and forth from the kitchen to the feast hall refilling trays as necessary.

Good Morning Everyone!



War of Ages is just a few short days away and things are coming along
pretty well.  A lot of people have stepped up to pitch in to help and I
thank each and every one of you in advance!  You guys rock!



We’re going to have a lot to discuss tonight at the business
meeting and we will stay on point and focused on the event.  We’ll
need move through the agenda quickly so we can have the gate class at the end
of the meeting.



We still have a few shifts open that we need to have filled.  You
have to be a paid member to handle the money at gate, and you have to have the
gate class.  But we need people to sign up so see below and see if you’d
like to fill in any of these shifts:

FUN Stuff Alert!!!  - Looks like the Centurions are really ramping
up their efforts for the shot bar!  We have a lot of great drummers and
dancers coming as well.  So we could use some rugs to put down in the big
pavilion for the dancers.  If you have any extra rugs you can bring please
do so.  Get with Sara and let her know if you’re able to contribute
any.  If you have a drum – Bring IT!  Bring extra chairs if you
have them as well.
