LPT is a great opportunity for artisans to show their body of work and
receive feedback!

Please email/contact Mel by August 10 to pre-register. Not only will
this guarantee you table space, you receive a $2 discount on the site fee!

*If you are interested in showing you work, but cannot attend in person,
I am volunteering to transport your work to the site.

YIS,
Johanna

Pay heed all artisans of Ansteorra and the Known World! On August 24th
the Shire of Rosenfeld will host the Laurel's Prize Tournament and the
30th Anniversary Kingdom Academy of Rapier at the Cain Center in Athens,
TX. You are especially invited to enjoy this day of fun, learning and
outstanding displays of the arts. Laurel's Prize Tournament is a body of
work display. This means you are not limited in number by what may you
display, so bring examples of your best work and display it in a
pleasing manner.

  * Unless you pre-register you will be limited to a table space.
Pre-registered artisans to have first claim to space in the hallway
if they need it for a large scale entry. They will still be limited
    to a 10X10 area.
  * Artisans pre-registered by August 10 will receive a 2.00 discount on
    their site fee.
  * All alcohol entries will have to be table top and in the room set
aside for LPT and the alcohol must stay in that room.

Artisans wishing to pre-register for space may contact the Kingdom MoAS
Melisenda de Barcelona (email <mailto:moas at ansteorra.org>). Please
include your modern name, SCA name, the group you are a member of, a
phone number you can be reached at, and your email address as well as
any specific needs you have for your display, such as electricity.
Outlets may be limited so an extension cord / powerstrip may be
necessary. Other information needed is a general description of what you
are displaying so that we don't put all the costumers next to one
another, etc.

Please note a luncheon is being done for donations as a fundraiser by
King's Creek, so you don't have to worry about missing any of the great
activities that will be going on.
