[Hellsgate] youth authorizing before Gulf

Unto the gentles of the list,

I am in search of/curious if there is any youth marshals available to do
authorizing before Gulf.  I have to youth that want to participate in
combat at Gulf that need to be authorized. We live in Hellsgate but are
willing to travel to austin if there is a chance of this happening.
