[Hellsgate] Social and Populace Minutes

To the populace of Hellsgate does Lord Eric Bentbow send greetings.

Thank you to all of those who came out last night in the cold. It was great to see 24 of us out and enjoying each others company. Many things were talked about and laughed about.  I know armor was brought to the site, but it really was too cold to fight, maybe next week.  I know I had a great time and looking forward to seeing everyone and more next week.

Minutes for the Populace meeting of Wednesday January 2nd 2013.

Meeting opened at 810 pm.  16 members in attendance.

Old Business:

June:  Commanders Crucible: 14 -16 th. A populace vote taken to make deposit for site in Belton while bids are decided.
Deadline for 2013 Crucible bids, January 24th 2013.
1 bid turned in by Havaar Ericsson

February: Status of Mini-Tourney 14 Feb.: Amphitheater at Carl Levins Park will be used.  Just heavy weapon for the intial.

Info for Centurion event?? No current information. If no progress by next meeting, we will drop possibility from planning.
	
New Business:
Hood Howdy: Feb 7th 0900 - 1500 hrs.

August: Geekfest 16 – 18 2013

Site and bids for Crucible 28 - 30 March 2014.

Quarterly Officers Meetings – Date to be determined for 1st meeting as not all officers were present.   

Gold Key is in need of more loaner garb. So if you have any gently used garb that you could donate to the gold key it would be greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate to the Stronghold's Gold Key, please contact our Hospitaler Havaar, or myself and we will arrange for it.  Or simply bring it to the social on Thursday.

NOTE: Officers please contact me so we can arrange for our first Quarterly meeting.  Also if you will not be in attendance for a Populace Meeting, please email or contact me prior to the meeting with your report, or send report with a representative.
