[Hellsgate] Officers Quarerly Meeting

To the Officers of Hellsgate
Once again I am asking for the Officers of Hellsgate to give me information for planning the 1st quarterly meeting.  There are some things that have arisen that need to be addressed. So please reply by nlt Wednesday.  If I do not have a general consensus by Wednesday then I will choose a date and time.
