To descend into seriousness: awards are recorded under an SCA name but
actually accrue to the real person.  If you change your SCA name, you
still have all your prior awards.  You may choose not to use one or
more of them (c.f. the Duchess of Cornwall), but they're still yours.
You can only receive the awards again under any name if the award
constitution or conventions allows it to be given twice or more to the
same person -- e.g., a Sable Thistle but not a Laurel.  (Or unless you
resign awards according to the procedure in Corpora.)
