[Hellsgate] Poll Reminder or not to reminder that is the Calendar?

The gudielines will be it has to be an "Official" event, I wouldn't mind unofficial ones except for the fact that the Webminister calendar is linked to our website so when an event is added to the one linked to the webminister e-mail account its on the site calendar as well.

Sound good! I know I usually forget times.
Will there be guidelines on what events can go on calendar and invite sent out! Example would be a personal get together not really SCA related. Or a bake sale to support your kids school/sports function.
