Greetings to the gentles of Hellsgate,
Tomorrow is our Inaugural Newcomers Meet and Greet.  We sadly still do
not know how many of our own populace are attending.  It looks like
about 20, but there are some of you out there that we have not seen in a
while. We would love you to come out join in the fun and catch up with us.
I still have not heard a consensus on whether we might want coffee
available.
One more reminder, that for those that have it wear your garb. We are
putting our best foot forward for ourselves and the newcomers.  Also the
eamails I sent to the possible new members told them if they got to the
park and didn't see us right away, to look for the people in clothing of
the Middle Ages.  Bring your banners also if you want.
Time is 1pm at Carl Levins Park in Harker Heights.
This will be a great time, great food, great company and hopefully good
fighting for both heavy and rapier.
So today is the day if you are coming out to let me know, so we know
close to how many we are cooking for.
See you tomorrow at the park!!
